A promotional license is a limited term contract between Purdue University and a company, organization, or individual in which limited single use permission is granted to use Purdue's Trademarks in a commercial promotion. A fee will be charged for promotional licenses, depending on the nature of the promotion. All promotional material must be approved in advance by the Office of Trademarks and Licensing.
